In collaboration with
Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
Javi was very knowledgeable, and pointed out elements of the old town we would never have seen ourselves. He also shared some fascinating history of Spain.
Mr Santiago was our tour guide and made me and my friend very happy during the tour.
His clear and comprehensive explanations of the tour were invaluable. He is a great person whose passion for his work is evident.
It is increasingly difficult to find individuals who are genuinely passionate about their work.
Thank you for the activity and I look forward to booking another.
