The bus departs from the port of Civitavecchia arriving in Rome in 1.5 hours, depending on traffic, as you arrive at Termini Station or the Vatican, depending on your choice. Upon arrival, you'll have 4.5 hours of free time to explore the Eternal City at your leisure.
To head back to the port of Civitavecchia, you have the option to depart at 3:30 pm from Termini, located in Piazza Indipendenza, or at 3:45 pm from the Vatican, situated at Via Crescenzio, 2. Rest assured, you'll have ample time to return to the port well before your cruise ship's boarding time.
